We are a small family-owned independent dealership looking for an experienced automotive professional to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help grow our business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both sales and F&I and is comfortable operating independently in a small dealership environment.
Our lot carries approximately 30 retail vehicles, and we are looking for someone who can manage the entire process from inventory intake to final delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Check in and inspect incoming vehicles.
- Coordinate lot readiness and merchandising.
- Manage vehicle listings and online presence.
- Generate and follow up with leads.
- Handle customer sales process from start to finish.
- Structure and complete finance deals (F&I).
- Sell backend products including VSCs/warranties.
- Maintain dealership organization and daily operations.
- Build and improve dealership marketing and reputation.
- Work independently and help grow the business.
Requirements:
- Automotive dealership sales management experience.
- Strong F&I knowledge and deal structuring experience.
- Experience with lead generation and online marketing.
- Self-motivated and highly organized.
- Ability to operate independently in a small dealership setting.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Colorado State Sales License.
Schedule:
- 6 days per week.
- Monday–Saturday.
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000–$60,000 annual base salary.
- Backend commission opportunities on vehicle sales and VSC products.
- 3-month joining bonus.
